D. Asfendiyarov and chief neurologist of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Turuspekova S.T.

On October 23, 2024, the Association of Neurologists of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Department of Nervous Diseases of S.D.Asfendiyarov KazNMU held a round table "Demyelinating diseases of the Central Nervous System: nuances of diagnosis and possibilities of therapy" in Almaty City Clinical Hospital No. 1, dedicated to the 135th anniversary of S.D. Asfendiyarov and the 120th anniversary of Professor M.H.Farizov.

On October 16, 2024, at 17:00, a webinar "The potential of melatonin in the practice of a neurologist: a scientific view" was held for neurologists, general practitioners, internists, as well as residents of the department.  The webinar was conducted by Nurguzhaev Yerkin  Smagulovich, MD, Professor of the Department of Nervous Diseases of KazNMU named after S.D. Asfendiyarov, President of the Public association "Association of Neurologists" of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
