DIAGNOSTIC ATTRACTION. ALGORITHMS AND PRACTICE OF CHRONIC POLYNEUROPATHY

   On November 21-22, an educational event for leading regional neurologist experts “Diagnostic Attraction. Algorithms and practice of chronic polyneuropathy” was held at the largest scientific and medical institution providing high-tech medical care — the Almazov National Medical Research Center. 

TRANSTHYRETIN AMYLOID POLYNEUROPATHY. PROBLEMS OF DIAGNOSTICS, WAYS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COMPLEX APPROACH FOR DETECTION OF ATTR-POLYNEUROPATHY

    On November 25, 2024, the Expert Council was held in Almaty on the topic "Transthyretin amyloid polyneuropathy. Problems of diagnostics, ways of implementing a comprehensive approach to identify ATTR polyneuropathy in patients and organizing effective clinical practice in Kazakhstan." The main goal of the expert council was to discuss the current situation in diagnostics, finding ways to develop and implement an optimal algorithm for managing patients with ATTR polyneuropathy.  

VIII INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL FORUM "THE SCIENCE OF OVERCOMING... THE DISEASE"

     On November 26-27, the VIII International Medical Forum of Donbass "Science of Overcoming .... The Disease" was held in a hybrid format. The forum, included in the plan of scientific and practical events of the Ministry of Health of Russia, was aimed at implementing the initiatives of the Decade of Science and Technology in Medicine, developing domestic healthcare, medical and rehabilitation technologies, and promoting innovative developments. 

AN INTEGRATED APPROACH TO THE REHABILITATION OF NEUROLOGICAL PATIENTS

   Members of the Association of Neurologists of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Department of Nervous Diseases of the Kazakh National Medical University named after S.D. Asfendiyarov, in the year of its 90th anniversary, continue a series of educational events for practical healthcare dedicated to the 135th anniversary of S.D. Asfendiyarov and the 120th anniversary of Professor M.Kh. Farizov.

LUPUS FORUM KAZAKHSTAN

   November 23, 2024 Almaty hosted Lupus Forum Kazakhstan, in which members of the Association of Neurologists of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Department of Nervous Diseases took an active part. The forum dedicated to systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) brought together leading specialists in the field of rheumatology, nephrology, neurology and other related disciplines.

NEUROLOGICAL READINGS IN PERM

   From November 21 to 23, the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Neurological readings in Perm" was held, dedicated to the 155th anniversary of the birth of Professor V. P. Pervushin. The opening of the conference was marked by welcoming words of the Minister of Health A.V. Kruten, Rector of PSMU A. S. Blagonravov, Deputy Chairman of the All-Russian Society of Neurologists M. Y. Martynov.
