International Expert Council "Possibilities of using neuroprotective medications in ischemic stroke"

From October 27 to October 1, 2024, an International Expert Council "Possibilities of using neuroprotective medications in ischemic stroke" was held in Samarkand (Republic of Uzbekistan). The main purpose of the expert council was to discuss the results of a randomized double-blind multicenter placebo-controlled parallel group study of the efficacy and safety of Mexidol® in long-term sequential therapy in patients with acute and early recovery periods of hemispheric ischemic stroke.

Dementia cases increased after the pandemic
